Terms of Service

BOOKING & AUTHORIZATION

The client confirms that they are authorized to request photography, video, drone, floor plan, marketing, and/or related real estate media services for the property identified in the booking.

SERVICES & PRICING

The client agrees to the services, package, add-ons, property information, square footage, travel charges (if applicable), and pricing displayed or subsequently confirmed by Ageeb Real Estate Media.

All applicable taxes, including HST, will be added to the final invoice where required.

If information provided during booking is inaccurate or the scope of work changes, the final price may be adjusted with the client being informed accordingly.

Additional Services: The estimated total shown at the time of booking reflects the services selected at that time. Any additional services requested after booking—including drone, video, virtual staging, decluttering, additional editing, or other add-ons—will be billed separately and added to the final invoice.

PROPERTY READINESS

The property should be ready for photography at the scheduled appointment time.

Ageeb Real Estate Media is not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, personal belongings, vehicles, garbage, or other items unless such services have been specifically arranged.

Additional editing, object removal, decluttering, virtual staging, or other post-production work requested by the client may be subject to additional charges.

ACCESS & APPOINTMENTS

The client is responsible for ensuring that Ageeb Real Estate Media has appropriate access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If the property cannot be accessed or the appointment cannot reasonably proceed because of circumstances at the property, rescheduling or additional charges may apply.

WEATHER, DRONE & RESCHEDULING

Drone photography and certain exterior services are dependent upon weather, safety conditions, airspace restrictions, and applicable aviation regulations.

Ageeb Real Estate Media may reschedule or modify drone/exterior services when conditions do not permit safe or lawful operation.

DELIVERY

Standard photography is generally delivered according to the turnaround time stated with the selected service.

Video, specialty editing, virtual staging, floor plans, or other additional services may require additional processing time.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Ageeb Real Estate Media.

PAYMENT

The client agrees to pay the final invoiced amount for services performed.

Payment methods may include Interac e-Transfer and, when available, secure credit-card payment through an authorized payment processor.

If the client chooses to pay by credit card, the client authorizes payment of the amount shown on the applicable invoice through the payment processor.

The client should contact Ageeb Real Estate Media directly regarding any billing or service concern so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Clients should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Ageeb Real Estate Media reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or rescheduling fee when significant travel, preparation, or on-site time has already been incurred. Any applicable charge will be communicated to the client.

MEDIA USAGE & COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ageeb Real Estate Media retains copyright ownership of photographs, video, and other media it creates.

Upon payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered media for marketing and promoting the property and related real estate listing.

Media may not be resold, transferred for unrelated commercial use, or materially altered in a misleading manner without permission.

CLIENT REVIEW

The client is responsible for reviewing delivered media and notifying Ageeb Real Estate Media promptly if there is a problem with the delivered work.

Ageeb Real Estate Media will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns regarding the services provided.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The client is responsible for the accuracy of property information, addresses, square footage, pricing information, listing information, and other information supplied to Ageeb Real Estate Media.

Ageeb Real Estate Media is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.
